As a designer, I was curious as to why Lorem Ipsum was so widely used as placeholder text and did some research into its history and origins. I created a slightly sarcastic yet informative pamphlet and infographic in order to share my findings through design.

I made sure that the design reflected a sense of serenity and grace—much like the marble and stone with which we associate Ancient Rome, the home of Lorem Ipsum's origin story. I used a monochromatic color palette and a geometric weave-like texture to help drive home the aesthetic.
